The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, signed three new Ordinances based on data from the Control Room/Cabina di Regia (MD April 30, 2020) which was held on December 4.
The Ordinances will be in force from December 6.
The first Ordinance renews the existing restrictive measures concerning the Abruzzo Region, which remains in the red area, and the Regions of Basilicata, Calabria, Lombardy and Piedmont, which remain in the orange area.
With the second Ordinance the Regions of Campania, Tuscany, Aosta Valley and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano shift from the red area to the orange area.
The third Ordinance provides for the Regions of Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Marche, Apulia and Umbria to shift from the orange area into the yellow area.
Overall, therefore, the distribution of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces in the yellow, orange and red areas from December 6 will be as follows:
- yellow area: Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Autonomous Province of Trento, Apulia, Sardinia, Sicily, Umbria, Veneto
- orange area: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Lombardy, Piedmont, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Tuscany, Aosta Valley
- red area: Abruzzo
